Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Interlace Studies is looking for a creative, hands‑on Social Media Marketing Specialist to own its social presence from planning to publishing. Based in Kathmandu, you will shape the brand’s voice, produce engaging content, and drive paid social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Concept, shoot, edit and publish reels, short‑form videos and visual assets from idea to final post.
• Write compelling captions and copy that align with the brand voice.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across all channels.
• Launch, optimise and report on paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.).
• Track performance metrics, identify trends and translate insights into future content.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, emerging trends and new formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a portfolio of managed accounts.
• Hands‑on creator comfortable shooting and editing video reels and other visual content.
• Strong copywriting ability for social feeds.
• Experience running paid ads on Meta platforms.
• Organised, self‑driven and able to manage a content calendar independently.
