Social Media Marketing & Team Lead

About the role

BrandGhar is seeking a creative and responsible Social Media Marketing & Team Lead to manage client accounts, devise marketing strategies, and guide the internal content and creative team. You will act as the bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring all deliverables meet brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client businesses, goals, target audiences, and marketing requirements.
• Develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Generate content ideas, campaign concepts, Reels topics, captions, hooks, and scripts.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Prepare brand guidelines, content pillars, tone of voice, and visual directions.
• Communicate with clients, present strategies, collect feedback, and manage approvals.
• Write clear briefs for designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators.
• Lead the team, assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and review work quality.
• Plan campaigns for offers, product launches, festivals, events, and brand awareness.
• Monitor account performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, branding, or content strategy.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, branding, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Nepali.
• Leadership, creativity, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
