Automatic Capsule Filling Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an Automatic Capsule Filling Machine Operator to install, set up, and supervise the capsule filling equipment at our facility in Lalitpur.

Key responsibilities

• Install, set up and supervise the Automatic Capsule Filling Machine.
• Inspect all machine tools and request procurement for any missing items.
• Accurately complete daily documentation such as batch records and logbooks.
• Apply technical knowledge of machine controls and functions, troubleshoot issues and perform repairs.
• Report preventive maintenance and breakdown requirements to the relevant officers and managers.
• Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
• Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors or managers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated technical ability in machine set‑up, operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate batch records and logbooks.
• Willingness to communicate maintenance needs and follow instructions from senior staff.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment following safety and quality standards.
