About the role
The Brand Manager will lead the brand journey for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio, shaping strategy and execution to strengthen market presence in Kathmandu and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute impactful brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate and manage ATL (above‑the‑line) and BTL (below‑the‑line) campaigns.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and oversee social media activity.
- Lead brand activations, events and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on branding and communications.
- Track brand performance, campaign effectiveness and market trends.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience in brand management, FMCG, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Required skills
- Planning and managing ATL and BTL campaigns.
- Digital marketing and social media execution.
- Brand activations, events and promotional activities.
- Performance tracking and market trend analysis.
