About the role
We are seeking a creative, confident, and responsible team member to manage customer interaction and produce digital content.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, messages & inquiries
- Create and edit Reels, short videos & promotional content
- Shoot basic videos using mobile or camera
- Design social media posts, captions & marketing content using Canva
- Prepare presentations with PowerPoint or Canva
- Coordinate with the team for photos, videos & content
- Collect and report customer feedback
Required profile
- Creative and confident communicator
- Responsible and able to handle customer interactions
Required skills
- Video editing
- Canva design
- PowerPoint presentation creation
- Basic mobile/camera video shooting
