About the role
We are expanding our Kathmandu team and need a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online campaigns and website presence. The role is full‑time and requires a proactive individual who can work independently.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage Facebook & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Run and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
- Create designs for social media, ads and websites.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites.
- Integrate AI tools such as Claude and Gemini into daily marketing workflows.
- Monitor performance and report on key metrics.
Required profile
- Solid practical experience with modern digital marketing tools.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently and deliver results without constant direction.
