About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic BHM graduates or students to join our hospitality team, working across the front office and restaurant areas. The role offers hands‑on experience in guest handling, check‑in/check‑out, and food‑beverage service while rotating through morning, afternoon and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures and respond to inquiries.
- Provide courteous service in the restaurant, taking orders and serving meals and drinks.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, service standards and professional grooming at all times.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns politely.
- Perform additional hospitality‑related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Completed BHM degree or currently pursuing BHM studies.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality and customer‑focused mindset.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night hours.
- Freshers are welcome.
Required skills
- English language proficiency.
