About the role
The Meet & Greet Officer welcomes arriving guests at Tribhuvan International Airport, assists them with their arrival process, and ensures a smooth transfer to their hotel transportation. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for friendly, customer‑focused individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic tourism environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist arriving clients at the airport.
- Coordinate with drivers and the operations team to arrange transfers.
- Escort clients safely to their designated vehicle.
- Provide basic information and assistance to guests.
- Remain on duty at the airport during assigned working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and professional demeanor.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or guest services is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
