Senior Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead the full‑cycle production of video content for a variety of platforms. Based in our Kathmandu office, you will work closely with creative, marketing and client teams to deliver high‑quality videos that align with brand guidelines and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, edit and deliver video projects from raw footage to final output.
• Apply transitions, effects, color grading and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
• Synchronize audio and visual elements, ensuring proper pacing, composition and sound design.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior editors and contribute to workflow and tool improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior or lead video editing role, preferably within a BPO, media or digital agency.
• Strong storytelling ability with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience using DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
• Competence in creating motion graphics and visual overlays.
