Video Editor and Graphic Designer for Meta Ad Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a video editor and graphic designer who has created ad creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) paid campaigns. You will produce static ads, carousels and short‑form video ads that match the campaign goal and audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ads, carousels and image creatives for Meta ad campaigns.
• Edit short‑form video ads (Reels, UGC‑style) with hooks, captions, cuts and pacing.
• Transform long‑form footage (talking‑head, webinars, interviews) into short ad clips.
• Select the appropriate creative format for each funnel stage (cold traffic vs. retargeting).
• Work from briefs and scripts provided by copywriters and ad strategists.
• Produce new ad versions quickly when performance drops, testing new hooks, angles and formats.
• Maintain consistent brand look across all client creatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating static and video ad creatives that have run in paid Meta campaigns.
• Portfolio or work samples showing ad designs and short‑form video ads (not just brand design or long‑form edits).
• Understanding of ad creative structure (hook‑retain‑reward for video, clear CTA for static).
• Ability to work fast, handle repeated changes based on performance data.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Photoshop, Figma or Canva for design.
• Advanced video editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Familiarity with Meta ad formats and best‑practice creative guidelines.
