Storekeeper – Inventory and Warehouse Management

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper to oversee daily store and inventory activities. The successful candidate will manage receipt, storage, issue, and accurate record‑keeping of materials while supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against invoices and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, receipts, issues, transfers, and related documentation.
• Arrange and store materials for easy identification and access.
• Issue materials to departments based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and trigger replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and safety of all items.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Sales, and Logistics teams.
• Support loading, unloading, dispatch, and other warehouse tasks as needed.

Required profile

• +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse/store environment.
