AI Video Generation Specialist (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level AI Video Generation Specialist to turn client briefs into AI‑generated images and short video clips for advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the Operations team to understand requirements and deliver visual assets that meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret production‑ready client briefs and generate the required images and video clips using AI tools.
• Write and refine prompts for characters, products, locations, visual styles, and motion.
• Maintain visual consistency across shots and quickly regenerate weak outputs.
• Organise and clearly label generated assets before handing them to the AI Video Editor.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI image and video generation techniques and workflows.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in AI image or video generation, content creation, or related visual work.
• Ability to follow briefs, assess outputs critically, and iterate independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Flux, or ComfyUI.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and short‑form social‑media video formats.
