About the role
We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join Prixa DigitalFirst. The role requires turning complex, abstract briefs into compelling visual solutions while leading the ideation process and guiding the visual direction.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret complex briefs and develop clear visual concepts.
- Lead ideation sessions and produce production‑ready designs.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced agency environment.
- Proven ability to translate concepts from sketches to final deliverables.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Leadership mindset with a desire to mentor junior talent.
