Back-End Sales Officer – Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Back-End Sales Officer to join our sales support team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on handling sales documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, invoices, quotations and related documentation.
• Coordinate with sales teams, clients and internal departments to ensure accurate information flow.
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in back‑end sales or sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
