Branch Fiber Manager

About the role

Classic Tech is seeking a Branch Fiber Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its fiber optic network in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures high‑quality service delivery for both broadband internet and IPTV customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and service level agreements.
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise network performance and resolve issues.
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber optic network operations and management.
• Strong knowledge of GPON technology and FTTH internet services.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
