Business Development Officer

About the role

SASA Infosys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and target‑oriented Business Development Officer to join its growing team. The successful candidate will use strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify new opportunities, present the company’s products and services, and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, digital platforms and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present company offerings professionally and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Negotiate with clients and support conversion of leads into successful contracts.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets within set deadlines.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Record leads, client interactions and business activities accurately and report on performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing or client relations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to meet targets and work effectively under deadlines.
• Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset with strong business sense.
