Sales Coach – Store Operations & Customer Experience

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Maintain stock, inventory accuracy, and store expenses.
- Manage store operations, billing, cash handling, stock and daily reporting.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Engage with customers and provide product education and support.
- Maintain store standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with field coaches and support brand activations.
- Support customer onboarding and follow‑up activities, including hyper care calls where required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Customer‑focused and proactive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
