Content Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Content Designer to produce engaging visual assets for our food brands across social media and digital channels. Working closely with marketing and business teams, you will turn product launches, campaigns, events and everyday brand moments into high‑quality photos, videos and graphics. The role is full‑time, hybrid based in Kathmandu, with occasional on‑site shoots.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop creative concepts for social media and digital content.
• Shoot high‑quality photos and videos of products, people, locations, events, and behind‑the‑scenes activities.
• Edit short‑form videos, reels, stories, product videos, and other social media content.
• Retouch photographs for digital and marketing use.
• Design graphics, social media posts, stories, promotional materials, and other brand assets.
• Adapt content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Maintain a consistent visual style that follows each brand’s identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to plan content around campaigns, launches, promotions, and ongoing activities.
• Organise and maintain photo, video, design, and other creative assets.
• Stay updated on social media formats, visual trends, and experiment with new creative approaches.

Required profile

• Strong photography and videography skills with an understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience editing short‑form video and creating social media content.
• Proficiency in graphic design and producing digital marketing assets.
• Ability to take a project from idea to finished content with limited supervision.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, or social media content is highly preferred.
