About the role

The Counselor & Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for students and parents, providing guidance and handling front‑desk inquiries at our Kathmandu office.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding courses and career paths.
  • Manage front‑desk operations, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and internal teams.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, pleasant, and professional speaking ability.
  • Strong student counseling and customer‑handling abilities.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Open to candidates of all genders.

Required skills

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
