International Recruitment Manager – Nepal

About the role

Study Info Centre is seeking an energetic International Recruitment Manager to lead and expand its network of education agents in Nepal. You will represent the brand, onboard new partners, and ensure high‑quality student applications for overseas study destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Study Info Centre brand and mission to international recruitment partners daily.
• Onboard, train, and welcome new recruitment partners to the platform.
• Promote Study Info Centre in local markets to prospective partners.
• Support partners in submitting high‑quality student applications.
• Identify and engage prospective recruitment partners.
• Manage relationships and monitor partner performance.
• Keep partners informed about platform updates and opportunities.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a desire for continuous learning.
• Post‑secondary education.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of international student recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with computers and preferably a CRM system.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
