Creative Head

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head to lead our visual content team. The role blends strategic creative direction with hands‑on production, overseeing the creation of high‑quality video, photography and digital assets for branding and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, production and delivery of video, photography and other creative content across digital platforms.
• Develop concepts, storyboards and production plans that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Mentor, assign tasks and review work of designers, photographers, videographers, editors and content creators.
• Manage production schedules, equipment, locations and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Review final outputs, provide creative direction and resolve production challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience in videography, photography, video editing and creative content production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video and photography work.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
• In‑depth knowledge of camera systems, lighting, audio recording and production workflows.
• Expertise in visual storytelling, video production, photography and post‑production techniques.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation or 3D design tools (nice to have).
