Creative Head

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head to lead our visual content team. The role blends strategic creative direction with hands‑on production, ensuring high‑quality video, photography, and digital assets that elevate brand experiences across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, production, and delivery of video, photography, and creative content for digital marketing, branding, and commercial campaigns.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and production plans that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Mentor, assign tasks to, and review the work of designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and content creators.
• Manage production schedules, equipment, locations, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Review final outputs, provide creative direction, and resolve production challenges to maintain exceptional quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) with at least 5 years of professional experience in videography, photography, video editing, and creative content production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional video production, photography, and post‑production work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and team‑mentoring abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Deep understanding of camera systems, lighting, audio recording, production workflows, and visual storytelling.
