Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused, and responsible individuals to join our outlets as Customer Service Assistants (CSA). The successful candidates will deliver excellent customer service, support day‑to‑day outlet operations, and ensure a positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Handle inquiries and resolve routine issues promptly.
• Support order‑taking, billing, payment collection and other outlet‑related activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper organization of the outlet.
• Ensure products, equipment and service areas are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum SEE / SLC or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

What we offer

• Basic salary of NPR 19,550 per month, in line with the government‑prescribed minimum wage.
• Overtime payment as per company policy and prevailing regulations.
• Festival allowance according to government provisions.
• Training allowance of NPR 400 per day during a 14‑day training period.
• One weekly day off and leave benefits as per Nepalese labour law.
• Appointment letter issued after successful completion of training.
