Salesperson – Retail & Wholesale (Khusibun & Thamel)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at our Khusibun and Thamel outlets in Kathmandu. You will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, build strong customer relationships, and help drive the store’s overall success. At the Thamel location you will also identify and handle retail and wholesale customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, providing styling advice and product recommendations.
• Identify customer type (retail buyer or potential wholesale/B2B client) and respond appropriately, directing wholesale inquiries to management when needed.
• Drive sales through effective engagement, up‑selling, and meeting daily sales targets.
• Maintain attractive, organised product displays and ensure store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Manage stock, track inventory, and replenish items as required.
• Capture photos and short videos of products, displays, and customer interactions for social‑media use.
• Assist in creating simple, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, coordinating with management to reflect brand identity.
• Monitor daily sales performance, report results, and collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, confident personality.
• Ability to assess customer intent and adapt communication style, especially for retail vs. wholesale customers.
• Basic understanding of retail sales techniques and target achievement.
• Interest in fashion, styling, and current trends.
• Organised, attentive to detail, and able to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Fluency in English; previous retail or fashion sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
