Customer Success Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing employee equity plans for international companies.
• Work alongside certified professionals in equity compensation.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and Legal teams of publicly traded US clients.
• Handle data entry, reconciliation, reporting, and document management.
• Collaborate directly with global clients, ensuring top‑quality support.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of Excel or financial systems (bonus, not mandatory).
