Admin and Finance Officer

About the role

Drivra Mobility is seeking a full‑time Admin and Finance Officer to join its Kathmandu office. The role combines core financial management with essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and accurate financial reporting for the company’s mobility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting processes, expense tracking and financial forecasting.
• Maintain organized records, documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Provide analytical insights to management for decision‑making.
• Streamline administrative and financial processes to improve efficiency.
• Communicate financial and operational information clearly across the organization.

Required profile

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support budgeting.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, reliability and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Prior experience in an administrative and/or finance role is an advantage.
