About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our retail operations. You will be responsible for keeping sales, inventory and product records accurate and up‑to‑date, ensuring the smooth flow of information across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update sales, inventory and product data in the system.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with stock reconciliation and prepare inventory reports.
- Maintain records of purchases, transfers and stock movements.
- Generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
Required profile
- Strong mathematical and numerical skills (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in fashion or basic knowledge of the fashion sector.
- Fast and accurate typing abilities.
- Detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
- Previous experience in data entry or retail operations is a plus.
