Designer cum Executive

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Designer cum Executive to join our team in Kathmandu. The role blends creative design work with day‑to‑day administrative and coordination responsibilities, supporting our marketing initiatives and internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design banners, social media graphics, brochures, flyers and other promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts based on company requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather design briefs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Make revisions based on feedback and liaise with printing vendors or external agencies when needed.
• Maintain organized design files and related documentation.
• Assist with executive and administrative tasks, including coordination of meetings and support for marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in graphic design and coordination or executive roles is preferred.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour and visual composition.
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary of NPR 25,000.
• Full‑time, onsite position with standard office hours (10 AM – 6 PM).
