Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Kathmandu. The role will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of our online marketing initiatives, helping to raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads for our HR and BPO services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and email channels.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, schedule content and engage with online communities.
• Create and maintain campaign calendars and coordinate content with internal teams.
• Monitor performance using web analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Oversee lead generation initiatives, analyse data and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to align marketing activities with business goals and employer branding.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing with experience in integrated online campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content scheduling.
• Experience with lead generation strategies and tools.
• Ability to use web analytics for data‑driven optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Nepali language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.
