Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Yoddha Lab is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital growth across social and search channels. The role will own campaigns end‑to‑end, from content creation to performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Website, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Own the full content pipeline – ideation, shooting/design, editing, and publishing for organic and paid campaigns.
• Use data‑driven insights to boost reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI across paid and organic channels.
• Support business scaling through targeted affiliate campaigns, promotions, and funnel optimisation.
• Integrate AI tools into workflow where applicable.
• Plan and coordinate part‑time/full‑time manpower needs for content, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
• Track KPIs (reach, conversions, cost‑per‑lead, ROAS) and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to align campaigns with product availability and business priorities.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in CRM, SaaS, agency or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Hands‑on content creation skills using Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools.
• Proven track record of growing CRM/SaaS or online sales channels.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and reporting dashboards.
• Experience coordinating freelance or part‑time resources is a plus.
• Team‑management and mentorship attitude.
