Digital Marketing Manager (On-site, Kathmandu)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive student enrollment for our vocational training institute in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Manage and grow audiences on major social media platforms.
• Coordinate online lead‑generation initiatives and convert prospects into enquiries and enrollments.
• Optimise website content and performance, ensuring SEO best practices.
• Monitor web analytics tools, track key metrics, and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong digital marketing expertise with a proven track record of planning and executing online campaigns.
• Experience in social media marketing and audience growth.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage lead‑generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of web analytics and marketing metrics for reporting and insight generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Nepali language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
