Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Paid Media. The role involves managing paid campaigns, analysing performance, and driving improvements across digital platforms while working closely with the marketing team to align paid strategies with overall brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid campaigns.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and budgets.
• Track metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing and suggest campaign improvements.
• Analyse audience insights to refine targeting.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with the creative/content team for ad requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in Paid Media or Digital Marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of campaign analytics and optimisation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
