Entry-Level Operations Representative (Freshers)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Representative to join our team in Kathmandu. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates pursuing a management degree who are eager to develop professional communication and administrative skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Draft, review, and respond to email communications promptly.
• Maintain daily operational logs and update relevant databases.
• Assist with general office tasks, including document preparation and filing.
• Support shift coverage across flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s program with a management focus.
• Own a two‑wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns (9 am‑5 pm, 10 am‑6 pm, or 11 am‑7 pm) and occasional overtime.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for handling email and office software.
