Client Relation Officer

About the role

Join Ghothane Lawyers as a Client Relation Officer, responsible for managing client relationships, following up leads, and keeping lawyers’ consultation calendars full. The role involves outbound calling, appointment booking, and client re‑engagement in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 20–100 outbound calls daily to leads and existing clients.
• Secure 5–10+ consultation bookings each week and identify additional opportunities with current clients.
• Build rapport, explain services, and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up with webinar or seminar attendees and coordinate inbound enquiries.
• Send timely follow‑up messages via WhatsApp or Viber, including booking links.
• Maintain accurate Excel and CRM records of calls, follow‑ups, outcomes, and next actions.
• Ensure leads are followed up on schedule, focusing on response turnaround.
• Collaborate with lawyers, marketing, and management on client‑engagement campaigns.
• Learn Australian visa categories and related terminology through training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year program).
• Fluent spoken English and Nepali with clear, confident communication.
• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, appointment setting or similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, follow‑up and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable with high‑volume, target‑based work.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to take ownership of leads.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas).
• Experience with CRM or lead‑management systems.
• Professional use of WhatsApp and Viber for client communication.
