Growth & Brand Manager

About the role

We are an AI solutions company focused on #AIforGood, preparing for international expansion. The Growth & Brand Manager will shape our corporate identity, launch product brands and drive a high‑impact go‑to‑market engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and finalize corporate and product brand identities, including logo design, brand books and visual assets.
• Handle trademark registration and brand compliance for Nepal and target international markets.
• Build and manage the company website, copywriting and social‑media channels (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Plan and execute GTM strategies, inbound and outbound lead‑generation campaigns for B2B clients.
• Organise B2B events, roundtables, workshops and manage participation in external tech conferences.
• Create marketing collateral, case studies and digital content in collaboration with technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in digital‑technology product or platform roles and 2 years in brand management, marketing or advertising.
• Based in Kathmandu with solid knowledge of the local tech ecosystem and trademark processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset aiming to become a strategic anchor within two years.
• Self‑starter capable of independent execution while contributing to executive‑level strategy.
