Growth & Community Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Community Lead to own and drive our brand, social, and community initiatives for AI‑powered Vedic astrology and spirituality apps. This hands‑on role will shape content strategy, manage production, and build an engaged community across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar.
• Direct the production team to create short‑form video and other assets.
• Post daily on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and manage WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments, and foster interaction.
• Track growth, engagement, and install metrics and optimise based on performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social, content, or growth roles for consumer brands or apps, with demonstrable results.
• Strong instinct for short‑form video and viral content.
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• Passion for astrology, spirituality, or wellness audiences.
• Fluency in English and Nepali and/or Hindi.
