Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketer who combines analytical rigor with hands‑on execution. You will own the entire acquisition funnel, from channel testing to automation and performance reporting, working closely with product and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and measure acquisition experiments across SEO, content, paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), email, and outbound channels.
• Build and optimise the full conversion funnel – landing pages, lead capture, nurture sequences, onboarding emails, and activation nudges.
• Run lifecycle and email marketing programmes, writing copy, setting up automation, and tracking revenue‑impacting metrics.
• Automate repetitive tasks using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, and maintain CRM workflows.
• Set up tracking infrastructure (GA4, Google Search Console, UTM parameters, CRM fields) and deliver weekly performance reports with clear attribution.
• Continuously analyse data (pivot tables, funnel metrics, CAC, CPL) to form data‑driven decisions and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in growth, digital marketing, or demand generation, preferably for a SaaS or B2B tech product.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with budget accountability.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO keyword research and basic on‑page/technical SEO.
• Experience using an email or marketing‑automation platform (Mailchimp, Brevo, Resend, HubSpot, etc.).
• Comfortable working in GA4 and Google Search Console and able to build reports independently.
• Strong written English for ad copy, landing pages, and cold outreach.
• Data‑literacy: comfortable with pivot tables, funnel calculations, and key metrics such as CAC, CPL, and conversion rates.
