Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results‑driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and sales initiatives, strengthen brand presence and drive overall business growth in the communications equipment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, social, SEO/SEM, events and traditional campaigns, to increase brand awareness, lead generation and market penetration.
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, set clear targets and KPIs, monitor the full sales funnel and ensure marketing‑generated leads are converted into revenue.
• Translate technical features of two‑way radio, PoC and other communication solutions into commercial value for customers and support the sales team with accurate product positioning.
• Oversee brand management, market research, competitor analysis and maintain relationships with media, influencers and industry partners.
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyse campaign ROI and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6‑7 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development, with proven leadership of marketing and/or sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field; additional professional qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in telecommunications, communication technology, security or IT solutions is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of two‑way radio communication systems and Push‑to‑Talk over Cellular (PoC) technology.
• Understanding of analog and digital radio, RF principles, VHF/UHF frequency bands and coverage concepts.
• Ability to convey technical product features into clear commercial benefits for customers.
