Digital Marketing Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Set up campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, ad sets, placements, and tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for basic optimization.
• Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide insights to the team.
• Support A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure relevant ad assets are available.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and performance marketing practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing.
