Hub Associate – Logistics Support (Dharan)

About the role

Pathao is seeking a detail‑oriented Hub Associate to support daily logistics and administrative activities at its Dharan hub. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate parcel records, coordinating agent tasks, handling cash reconciliation, and ensuring smooth hub operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive parcels from the Kathmandu hub and record them accurately in the system.
• Allocate daily tasks to delivery agents under the supervision of the Hub In‑Charge.
• Track and reconcile cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and prepare them for bank deposit.
• Coordinate with delivery riders, assist in onboarding new riders, and provide walk‑in support for unresolved issues.
• Manage communication with the transportation company for return shipments.
• Maintain office documents, records, and provide basic administrative support for daily hub operations.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage activities effectively.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with email, internet, and Google Sheets.
• Valid bike driving license.
