Human Resources Business Partner – Field Force Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR initiatives for our sales and commercial field force across Nepal. The role blends talent management, rewards administration, and operational excellence to build a best‑in‑class field force ecosystem in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for sales and commercial teams, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and induction of field employees.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, grievance resolution, and build talent pipelines through college partnerships and external networks.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, incentives, travel claims, overtime, and full‑and‑final settlements for field staff and outlet partners.
• Administer insurance, employee benefits, and workforce support programs while continuously improving employee experience.
• Ensure effective workforce deployment, territory mapping, vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and outsourced manpower management.
• Lead payouts to outlet partners and champion initiatives that digitize and streamline field force management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG or similar field‑based environments.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience in HR Business Partnering for field workforces is highly preferred.
