Interior Architect

About the role

We are looking for an Interior Architect to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our client projects in Kathmandu. The role involves translating brand identity, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements into detailed design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior layouts, design concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and coordinate fit‑out details, material selections, finishes, lighting, and furnishings.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and supervise implementation to guarantee design accuracy and quality.
• Interpret architectural drawings and construction documents to integrate interior solutions with structural requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong space planning abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with commercial or corporate interior projects, preferably on‑site.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction documents.
