Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Interior Designer to join our team in Kathmandu. You will create interior concepts, detailed layouts, and design presentations for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that each space meets functional and aesthetic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and space‑planning solutions.
• Select materials, finishes, and coordinate FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
• Produce construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is accurately executed.
• Review site work for quality, design compliance, and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.

Required profile

• Strong interior design and space‑planning abilities.
• Knowledge of architecture and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience preparing accurate construction drawings.
• Proficiency in FF&E selection and coordination.
• A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Prior experience on interior design projects is preferred.
