Jr. Support Executive - Accounting ERP

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Support Executive to provide technical assistance for our Accounting ERP solution. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email or chat, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to client requests through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical cases, record, track and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to clarify doubts.
• Stay updated on new ERP features and communicate changes.
• Prepare regular documentation and reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, yearly).
• Conduct field visits when required by clients.
• Collect client feedback at defined intervals.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related management field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in software support, client service or IT help‑desk roles.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and software systems.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Client‑focused attitude with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
