Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to work closely with customers, understand their business processes, and configure and implement Odoo solutions that support growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with customers to review, analyze, and evaluate their business operations.
• Provide business guidance and growth strategies aligned with industry standards.
• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with clients.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules to meet client‑specific needs.
• Map existing processes to Odoo’s standard functionality and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, document, test, and enhance solutions for improved efficiency.
• Manage implementation projects, improvements, or upgrades, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Provide ongoing support and training to help customers fully leverage Odoo functionalities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP role.
• CA/ACCA qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and configurations.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
