L2 Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused L2 Support Engineer to provide second‑level technical assistance to end users. The role involves administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Autopilot while supporting Windows, Android, and iOS devices in a fast‑paced hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, and network issues via phone, email, remote tools, and ticketing system.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licensing, email, and application support.
• Manage identities, groups, and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Configure, deploy, and maintain devices and applications through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Perform onboarding and off‑boarding activities, device provisioning, equipment recovery, and access management.
• Document incidents, create knowledge‑base articles, and maintain asset records.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third‑party vendors to resolve escalated issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of IT/Endpoint support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Ability to work the 6:15 PM – 3:15 AM EST shift and attend onsite meetings on Mondays.
