Electronics Repair Technician & Supervisor

About the role

RoleMax International is looking for a Laptop & Electronics Repair Technician / Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our technical repair and after‑sales service operations. The position involves supervising a team of technicians, assigning repair jobs, ensuring quality and timely service, and handling warranty and RMA cases with major OEMs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the laptop and electronics repair team.
• Assign repair and service jobs based on priority, workload and technical expertise.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and other IT/electronic devices.
• Monitor repair progress, technician performance and service quality to meet turnaround targets.
• Review completed repairs for proper diagnosis, testing, documentation and closure.
• Manage OEM warranty claims, RMA, DOA and replacement cases with Dell, Acer, MSI and other brands.
• Maintain accurate records of repair jobs, serial numbers, warranty claims and pending issues.
• Prepare regular reports on repair volume, turnaround time and technician performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in laptop/electronics repair, technical support or after‑sales service.
• Strong practical knowledge of laptop, desktop, monitor and printer troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience working with major OEMs such as Dell, Acer, MSI, Lenovo or HP is preferred.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a technical repair team is an advantage.
• Good organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting.
