Marketing Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to shape every visual touch‑point Dogma presents to the market, from website and product UI to social media, advertising, video, presentations and print. The ideal candidate has at least three years of design experience and a strong understanding of how visual design drives marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design platform‑native creative for LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, maintaining correct dimensions, safe zones and format conventions.
• Build and maintain reusable template systems for organic social posts, carousels, quotes, data cards and short‑form video.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages and product UI that align with funnel stages, ensuring responsive behavior and accessibility.
• Produce static and motion advertising assets for Meta, Google Display and LinkedIn, generating multiple variants for A/B testing and adhering to platform policies.
• Maintain brand guidelines, manage the asset library and edit video content using Premiere Pro, CapCut or Clipchamp, including basic motion graphics and AI‑driven video/voice tools.

Required profile

• Commercial design thinking – can define audience, offer and objective and explain how layout decisions affect click‑through and conversion.
• Creative input – able to propose multiple creative angles for a campaign and raise brief concerns early.
• Systems thinking – builds reusable components to support high‑volume output without new briefs for each asset.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in a marketing environment.
