Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for two energetic Marketing Executives to accelerate business growth across Nepal. The role blends on‑ground field marketing, partnership development, brand activations and community engagement, ideal for candidates who love traveling, networking and showcasing innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Travel extensively to major business hubs in Nepal (Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Butwal, etc.) to identify and approach corporate clients, agencies, SMEs and business networks.
• Build and maintain a prospect database, generate qualified B2B leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversion.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology firms, co‑working spaces, incubators, educational institutions and business associations; design referral and partnership programmes.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, workshops, seminars, roadshows and product activation events; represent the company at conferences and forums.
• Organise community meet‑ups, training sessions and user‑engagement activities; support online communities on WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord.
• Capture event media, coordinate with the marketing team to create localized promotional content and encourage user‑generated social media posts.
