Marketing Lead Product & Training Initiatives

Looking for a confident and engaging Marketing Lead – Product & Training Initiatives to represent the organization through workshops, training sessions, webinars, product demonstrations, and educational content. The ideal candidate will help individuals, professionals, businesses, and institutions understand how to use AI effectively in their work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, presenting, facilitating, creating content, and engaging with people.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, webinars, and live product demonstrations.
• Conduct sessions for businesses, colleges, universities, professional communities, and other institutions.
• Create product tutorials, explainers, presentations, and educational content.
• Develop video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Represent the company at events, workshops, panels, and community programmes.
• Prepare training materials, session plans, guides, FAQs, and learning resources.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, partners, and community leaders to ensure accurate product communication.
• Gather participant feedback and support follow‑up activities to encourage product adoption.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in training, facilitation, education, product marketing, content creation, events, or community engagement.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Ability to explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Experience conducting workshops, webinars, product demonstrations, or training programmes.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational video content.
• Interest in AI, technology, and digital innovation.
• Willingness to travel and work occasionally during evenings or weekends.
